Location: Bluffdale, UT

Reports To: Plant Manager

Compensation: Market Value DOE

Kilgore, a Summit Materials company, is looking for a Leadman/Leadperson to support our Aggregates division. This position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to multiple hourly teammates engaged in safe, daily plant operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan and direct operations in coordination with the Plant Manager and Operations coordinator.
• Review daily equipment inspection reports and respond accordingly.
• Monitor all plant personnel to make sure all training, safety, production and staffing needs are being met.
• Complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports accurately
• Responsible for maintaining quality of all products
• Maintain housekeeping and appearance standards as established
• Assist with equipment repairs and housekeeping as needed

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver,s license is required.
• MSHA certification preferred
• 1-2 years previous quarry/mining experience preferred
• 2 or more years of experience on plan maintenance/preventive maintenance.
• Experience leading a team
• Plant/Preventative maintenance safety preferred
