Provide front-line direct support via help desk to diagnose/resolve user issues.
Mobile device management (cell phones, laptops, tablets, Mi-Fi, PC)
Provision, installation, and inventory agency hardware/software.
Assist in training staff as needed.
Assist Sys Admin in mitigating vulnerabilities
Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes, and maintenance schedules.
Assist with annual computer/laptop rotation plans.
Work with Sysadmin as a backup position and assist with projects as needed.
Communicate areas of concern/trends to supervisor/sysadmin.
Build relationships with all depts to aid in communication flow—focus on Compass as a whole
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Age 21+ years old High School Diploma or equivalent.
Computer Science degree is preferred, computer science courses will be considered.
5+ years' experience in information systems preferrable including Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365 admin, Azure, Hyper-V, VOIP, printers, and networking.
Solid Fundamental Troubleshooting required
Excellent interpersonal teamwork skills, and attention to detail is critical
