25 years of roofing sales or storm restoration experienceProven closer who brings integrity, grit, and driveStrong communicator and relationship builderComfortable climbing roofs and conducting inspectionsOrganized, proactive, and growth-mindedTech-savvy with a willingness to learn and improvePositive energy that lifts the room and motivates the team
