Hearthstone Communities is in growth mode and currently seeking a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor to join our team! The Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all facilities are clean and sanitized for all! Apply now!
Responsibilities:

Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed.
Establishes the schedule and plans daily work assignments.
Trains and coaches employees in laundry, housekeeping and dry cleaning.
Manages customer housekeeping problems.
Inspects and approves staff work performance.
Demonstrates leadership and training to staff.
Communicates effectively with staff.
Meets goals of production.
Develops and trains staff on policy.
Orders cleaning materials and maintains budget.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in housekeeping management role in healthcare setting
organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Ability to manage a team
