Operator (Manufacturing)
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and graders for logging and road construction.
Perform daily inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance.
Work closely with other crew members to meet project goals and deadlines.
Report equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Assist in other tasks on-site as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
Ability to work in remote locations and challenging outdoor conditions.
Knowledge of logging and road construction equipment preferred.
Ability to perform minor repairs and troubleshooting on equipment.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Competencies:

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.

Physical Demands:
Ability to sit for extended periods and operate heavy equipment.

Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and challenging terrain.
Work Environment:
Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Exposure to challenging terrains and loud noise.
Travel:
Travel required to various remote job sites in Northern California.
Must be willing to stay out of town M-F, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
