Within the first 60 days, establish strong working relationships with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams.
Collaborate with engineering to ensure 100% of development projects are delivered on time and meet defined quality standards.
Partner with marketing and sales to execute two successful product launches in the first year, ensuring all stakeholders are equipped with the necessary training and collateral.
