Clinical Programs Director (Information Technology)

Responsibilities
Present clinical programs that are either being developed and/or will be developed to support sales and other key initiates. Present programs/workshops per IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) requirements.
Monitor and measure sales results associated with all clinical initiatives. Provide insight into the clinical fields and assist sales force in responding to needs of the customers.
Grow Medline's market share by presenting new solutions, product concepts, and services to clients. Work with sales, marketing clinical services, and other internal teams to meet customer needs.
Represent and present Medline's clinical programs and solutions to key customers through various methods including on-site visits, workshops and other venues.
Work with internal divisions to determine appropriate clinical focus for both existing and future products. Track all results and summarize data. Provide data analytics and assist with action planning to obtain results.
Update department and sales staff on clinical programs as well on best practices in terms of trend identification and analysis.
This is a high-level individual contributor role - management responsibilities limited to leading day-to-day activities and outcomes of a group of employees.
May be involved in hiring staff, recommending pay increases, performing performance reviews, training and development of staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
Required Experience
Current RN License as granted by state licensing board.
At least 5 of experience in clinical program outcomes and/or management.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
Willing to travel up to 20% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Experience
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$110,240.00 - $165,360.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
