Position Summary
Seasoned professional with expertise in project management, data management, process improvement, inter-department systems, and communications. Responsible for the ownership, overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of the annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report ensuring consistency with organizational strategies, commitment, and goals. Maintains accurate records of environmental, social and governance (ESG) data, event participation, department financial, and serves as a brand ambassador for the bank.
What You'll Do
Oversee the planning, creation, and launch of the annual CSR report
Refine data collection methodologies and create a process of continuous improvement to quantify Wintrust's ESG data and impacts
Develop and manage full-scale project plans and communications that require a significant level of cross functional coordination
Lead strategy and planning sessions as required, developing project scope with stakeholders for approved projects
Maintain financial data records and support budget planning, including financial spreadsheets
Support the broader ESG reporting efforts, interface with data technology platforms and partner across the company
Ensure timely completion of additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
5-7 years of related experience
Experience with project management, ESG data and financial reports required
Background in community engagement and working with diverse audiences preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
No direct budget management, but responsible for ensuring timely execution and payment of third-party services
