About the Role:
As a Commissary Cook at M Culinary Concepts, you will be essential in preparing and assisting with the production of food items in our commissary kitchen. Your role involves preparing and portioning ingredients, cooking menu items, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. You will operate kitchen equipment safely, adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, and assist with inventory management. Working closely with a dedicated kitchen team, you will help ensure that our food production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What we need from you:?
Were seeking individuals with previous experience as a cook or prep cook in a professional kitchen. You should have a solid understanding of basic culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to high food quality and presentation are essential. A team-oriented mindset and good communication skills are crucial, along with certification in food safety and sanitation. Reliable transportation around the Phoenix area and flexibility to work on Sundays and a few additional days during the week are required. Dont forget your chef knivesand get ready to have fun!
