Overview
The Personal Banking Officer in Commercial Lending is responsible for providing personalized support to Relationship Manager(s) in all phases of customer service, client relationship building, and account maintenance.
Responsibilities
Assists with the management of relationships, such as with gathering of loan documents, loan payments, customer transactions, document preparations, account servicing/maintenance, loans, credit analysis, return item processing, customer service inquiries, problem resolution, and other general administrative support. Profiles customers to ensure KYCs are updated and completed in a timely manner and performs periodic contacts/checkpoints with customers to meet KYC standards to provide beneficial services. Understands the customers' background to identify their needs to provide them with product benefits and cross-sell products; clearly communicates solutions. Approves or returns overdraft/uncollected items up to authorized limit. This position also provides administrative support with managing and maintaining the Relationship Manager(s) schedule, coordinating travel arrangements, answering and screening incoming calls, making meeting arrangements, providing support at meetings, and preparing the monthly expense report.
