Application Development Senior Manager - Evernorth Health Services - Hybrid (Finance)
Responsibilities:
Gather Business requirements and perform feasibility studies by analyzing end-to-end system flow of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Identifying & documenting all Business, Technical, Product and Process requirements by engaging Business, Architects and development teams. Perform and lead data modeling techniques such as ERDs, system context diagrams, data dictionary & data mappings, data integration, data analysis and data visualization which is used to define, analyze and reporting the data requirements needed to support the business and technical requirements. Manage, plan and administer the scrum activities for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems application development team that delivers the core CRM capabilities for critical customer facing real time channels. Handle distributed requirements and work with Technical shareholders to complete the design and development, ensuring the consistency of approach and facilitating the resolution of cross team issues and dependencies. Design the applications by interpreting the data, develop data modeling, data analysis of RDBMS such as Teradata, DB2, Oracle, SQL, Big data databases such as Hadoop, Solr and Hive using data analysis tools such as Teradata SQL Assistant, VCX and Hue. Design web applications, SOAP and REST Integration services for data managements in web applications and creating integration services mapping documents. Manage a small team of data management and application development professionals (currently 3 FTEs). Partial virtual / work from home benefit available.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, as well as 5 years of IT experience (or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of IT experience), as well as AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification. Must have experience with: analysis, design, development, implementation, and support of healthcare applications in a large-scale environment; applying knowledge of CRM concepts and methodologies in building CRM solutions in the health insurance domain; CRM architecture and Teradata CRM product stack; systems architecture technologies and practices; tools and technologies including Teradata, Hadoop, DB2, Oracle DB, REST API, Groovy scripts, and shell scripts.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
