Delivery Driver $25.00-$27.00 per hour (Transportation)

Our ideal candidate is reliable and professional with an excellent work ethic and a willingness to learn. Prior driving experience (CDL or non-CDL), along with shipping and receiving knowledge is preferred. We are seeking an individual that possesses good organizational skills, attention to detail, and is willing to take on other tasks as the position grows. We believe in assisting our employees by providing them with guidance, training and a cooperative workplace, plus a stable and growing environment.
Responsibilities
Interact with the shipping department to load and secure deliveries each morningPrioritize caution, safety, and efficiency while driving the daily routeInteract with customers in a professional and helpful manner, assisting in unloading deliveries as needed.Ensure paperwork is completed accurately during each deliveryOccasionally assist on the shop floor on slower delivery daysOperate standard warehouse equipment such as forklift, rolling ladders, skid loaders and other material handling toolsUse of office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier, and fax machinesPerform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma and applicable years of work-related experienceValid drivers license and clean driving recordPrior driving experience preferred (CDL or Non-CDL)Reliability and dependability are a must to ensure customers products are delivered in a timely mannerOrganizational skills, efficiency, and the ability to work independentlyPrevious warehouse or shipping and receiving experienceAbility to bend, stoop, lift up to 50lbs and work around material handling equipment.
