Regional Director of Operations (Security)
Our Regional Director of Operations Will:
Inspire our teams to provide excellent resident care and achieve operational excellence, census goals, and financial goals throughout all stages of a community, including start-up and/or stabilization.Cultivate a positive and inclusive culture through demonstrated behaviors aligned with our Core Values of Compassion, Respect, Trust, Fun, and Always Learning.Proactively lead, direct, and oversee multiple communities in accordance with company expectations and state and local regulations.Implement operational processes, procedures, and best practices that meet state requirements and ensure consistent application throughout the communities.Coach leaders to effectively identify, investigate, navigate, and resolve resident, employee, management, and operational issues.Ensure leadership and communities are sufficiently staffed with highly engaged and trained associates. Network, recruit, hire, onboard, train, supervise, develop, and performance manage associates in accordance with company policies.Oversee and monitor community and regional financials, resident census, and staff scheduling to ensure operational efficiencies.Assist in the monthly and quarterly financial reviews, annual budgeting process, and strategic planning to meet financial expectations and growth.Assess and analyze community occupancy, services, operations, performance, and culture to identify trends, successes, and opportunities for improvement.Identify community challenges or needs and translate them into resident- and business-focused strategies that contribute to resident satisfaction and company success.Create innovative solutions and strategies that further business goals and address areas for improvement.Lead, direct, manage, and coach a team of Executive Directors and regional professionals.Identify staff education and training needs and ensure training materials are developed and maintained.Monitor and evaluate individual community and regional budget and financial performance.Maintain working knowledge of applicable regulations for all states in which communities are present.Lead quarterly and annual strategic planning sessions with Executive Directors, regional operations professionals, and the Home Office Team.
