Position Overview
The Senior Business Analyst is a senior level business analysis position and serves as a key subject matter expert for organizing and coordinating strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business team operates. This role will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities and business, functional and technical requirements needed to address business challenges. Business Analysts work closely with Business resources and stakeholders, internal Technology teams, and various vendors and third-party consultants and implementers.
What You'll Do
Liaison with Business Units to gather business, functional and technical requirements for new initiatives
Work with IT internal teams to optimize workflow and ensure tasks defined in the project plan are understood and executed
Ensure overall compliance with the Enterprise Project Management Office's (ePMO) project governance framework
Function as a key member of a cross functional team to assist with defining and executing on delivery and implementation plans
Other duties as assigned
Create and manage JIRA stories in collaboration with developers throughout the SDLC process
Qualifications
5-10 years working in a financial services environment with special emphasis on coordinating business, functional and technical requirements and/or project management across large cross functional teams, programs or projects
3+ years working on the Salesforce CRM Platform and 3+ years working with JIRA
Must possess solid leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical people
Salesforce Administrator Certification a plus

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $117,000.00 - $158,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills and experience.
