PBX Operator- Resort Specialist (Administrative)
Other Key Duties Include
Personally, demonstrates a commitment to guest services in responding promptly to guest needsRespond to guest needs, special requests and complaints; alert the appropriate manager to potential issues as neededMaintains a positive, cooperative work environment between staff and managementEnsures an effective flow of communication as well as providing assistance to the housekeeping department in order to prevent problems experienced by guests and drive guest satisfactionMonitoring and responding to resort radio traffic Assist other team members in various work assignments, including operating the complimentary shuttle vans and/or assisting with room inspections, or housekeeping dutiesBook spa services and understand spa policiesBook golf tee times and understand golf pro shop policiesBook dinner reservations on open tableAssist the Front Desk when neededAssist with the housekeeping department as needed
Minimum Experience, Education, Skill & Physical Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalentMust be flexible in hours and days workedMust be able to stand for long periods of timeMust be able to lift 25 50 lbs. and carry up to 10 lbs.Must have sound judgment and discretional skills Must be proficient in the use of common Windows-based computer programs, including Microsoft Word and ExcelMust be able to operate basic office machines, i.e., copier, fax, printer, etc.Must display very good organization and time management skills.Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with many types of personalities
