Summary: The Client Services Specialist Representative will be responsible for processing payrolls, handling customer inquiries related to payroll processing, and collaborating with other departments. Customer support: Advise and assist clients with payroll software, maintaining a high level of professionalism. Collaboration: Work with other departments and the CSR supervisor on special projects. Documentation: Accurately document all communications and maintain detailed records of customer interactions and payroll processing activities. Data management: Perform data entry and data extraction tasks with precision. Knowledge maintenance: stay updated on payroll laws, regulations, and software updates to ensure compliance and provide accurate information. Attention to detail: essential for accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations. Communication: Key for effectively handling customer inquiries and collaborating with internal teams. Technical Proficiency: Necessary for using payroll software and managing data. Problem Solving Important for resolving discrepancies and ensuring smooth payroll operations. Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred. Experience in UKG Ready is a plus. Previous experience in payroll processing or customer service is highly desirable.
