Being able to conduct carrier reviews both on and off site.
Longstanding Carrier Relationships to leverage when selling customer freight to maximize profitability.
Mentor on the floor while contributing at the highest level.
High Level of urgency with the ability to re-prioritize to meet demands.
High level negotiator down to lane level.
Prospects new carriers for solutions for both short term and long-term projects.
Maintain visibility of all available freight/lanes, both immediate and future to ensure efficient carrier usage and
cost-effective negotiations.
Comprehensive understanding of the trucking/transportation market and be involved with all modes of
transportation: Dry Van, Flatbed, Reefer, LTL, and Intermodal.
Looking for an entrepreneur spirited person who is a self-starter who is an innovative thinker and execute on
new ideas.
Responsible for negotiating rates to mirror current market conditions.
Enter accurate, error free data into TMS to ready loads for future stages of process.
Uphold service expectations that meet or exceed customer needs.
Problem Solver/Technology proficient. Example Word, excel, teams, etc.
Excellent listening, written, verbal, and negotiating abilities.
Communicate via phones, email, or text.
