Financial Analysis Advisor - Technology Controllership - Hybrid (Finance)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Manage the reporting, analysis, and forecasting of Technology expenditures. Report and present trends and performance reports to Finance and Technology leadership
• Support decision makers with tools, financial models, forecasting, reporting and analysis. Forecast performance, analyze trends, provide analysis and develop recommendations for a variety of Finance and Technology strategic projects
• Communicate results, forecasts, and analysis to multiple groups and levels of management
• Standardize and automate reporting and analysis to ensure accurate, consistent and up to date information
• Become a subject matter expert for Technology forecasting and analysis
• Coordinate and process necessary journal entries during monthly close
• Lead meetings to analyze variances and identify risks and opportunities with participants from Cigna Finance and Technology teams
• Provide support for the quarterly forecasting process
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field and MBA / CPA desired.
• 5 + years relevant experience.
• Ability to develop financial models.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate financial data and drive action to create additional value.
• Ability to work cross functionally to resolve complex issues.
• Ability to manage timelines and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
