As a customer service expert, you are a liaison for all patients seeking services at NeighborHealth. As a member of the Patient Access Team you will be expected to interact in a professional, friendly and welcoming manner while capturing accurate information in order to provide a superior customer experience. The Patient Access Coordinator will be expected to book, cancel, reschedule, and check out appointments and answer phones according to the Registration department guidelines.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM and includes evening, weekend and holiday rotations
