Executive Sous Chef - Hilton Salt Lake City Center (Finance)
Located in the heart of the city, this vibrant downtown hotel offers 499 guest rooms, 24,000 square feet of banquet space, and several unique food and beverage outlets.
We are looking for an energetic team builder who has a proven track record in staying on top of trends and developing teams.
The ideal candidate will be a hands on leader with excellent communication and follow up, a talent for developing others and a passion for driving innovation. A minimum of two years of culinary management experience is required., prior hotel experience and a background in banquets is preferred.
Shift Pattern: Full availability is required to support both AM and PM shifts depending on business demands.
What will I be doing?
As Executive Sous Chef, you would be responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of the planning, preparation, production and control of all culinary operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
