What Will You Be Doing?
Customer and Account Management: Demonstrate strong sales skills to create customer value, differentiate Hilton from the competition, and secure new revenue.
Prospecting: Master the prospecting process, identifying potential customers and implementing effective call strategies.
Negotiations: Understand customer needs and expectations and adapt to changing market conditions.
Strategy: Contribute to the hotel's Annual Multi-Year Strategic Intentions, engage with Hilton Worldwide Sales, and develop plans for outside sales calls and customer events.
Leadership: Lead segments of business reviews, contribute to the commercial strategy plan, and support the sales team in achieving goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Sales and other commercial leaders to execute strategies and drive results. #LI-AT3
