Deployment Finance Business Partner (Finance)
The Deployment Finance Business Partner is a key player in the management and control of the North America Global Supply Chain CAPEX budget, responsible for coordinating forecasts for industrial projects and depreciation, ensuring the standardization of reporting processes, and overseeing certain annual campaigns. By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including over 40 manufacturing sites the Deployment Finance Business Partner will drive financial discipline and support strategic initiatives within the supply chain. This role will have significant exposure to North America's Global Supply Chain Leadership team.
What will you do?
• Capital Expenditures Management: Oversee and control the North America Global Supply Chain capital expenditures budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial targets.
• Forecasting Coordination: Coordinate quarterly forecasting activities for industrial projects and depreciation, providing accurate and timely updates to stakeholders.
• Reporting Standardization: Develop and implement standardized reporting processes to enhance visibility and consistency across financial data.
• Annual Campaign Oversight: Manage and oversee annual financial campaigns, ensuring compliance with company policies and effective resource allocation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support for supply chain initiatives, driving continuous improvement in financial performance.
• Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze financial data and trends, offering actionable recommendations to enhance efficiency and profitability.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on capital expenditures and project management.
• Proficient in financial analysis tools and software; strong skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
