Barista (Food Services)
Customer Engagement & Service: Greet and engage with employees, understand their refreshment requests, answer questions about drinks and options, and overall provide pleasant customer service.
Coffee Bar Operations: Prepare hot and cold beverages (e.g., espresso drinks, teas), serve 2-3 food items, and ensure the coffee bar is clean, organized, and presentable.
Inventory & Equipment Management: Monitor inventory for coffee supplies, ingredients, and food; restock items as needed; maintain equipment by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
Health, Safety, & Communication: Follow health and sanitation standards to maintain a safe work environment; communicate issues, concerns, and repair needs with manager.
Collaboration & Quality Improvement: Work with manager to plan new menu items and maintain supplies, and recommend changes to improve coffee bar products and experience.
