AR Admin (Administrative)
Assign emails from a shared email box to the AR team based on assigned regions
Send customers copies of invoices/credits/statement/W9's
Post customer payments by recording credit card transactions and entering them into the general ledger or accounting software
Back up for posting cash applications lockbox/ACH and Wire payments
Record all payments with a great deal of accuracy
Maintain customer master files by requesting and updating tax certificates
Set up new customers in the system
Assist with monthly financial closes and annual audit
Work closely with current AR team members as other requests arise
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Accounts Receivable experience and/or associate's degree preferred.
Experience working on a computer system in an office environment, or remotely, is required
