Senior Civil Engineer Project Manager (Architecture)

We can provide detailed site evaluation and due diligence support as well as design, permitting, construction administration, and post construction. We have an extensive understanding of regulatory requirements within our geographic service areas and maintain a strong and respected relationship with local agencies. Ardurra's multi-discipline capabilities allow us to identify site constraints, development opportunities, and regulatory compliance matters, and enable us to integrate all these factors into a comprehensive design approach.
The Sr. Civil Engineer Project Manager will have an important role in leading and delivering site design, planning and permitting, and construction for a variety of land development and water resource projects through Florida based in our Ocala, FL office. This role has the opportunity to grow into a regional business Group Leader through thoughtful succession planning and will have a high level of mentorship for professional growth.
Primary Function
Perform a variety of engineering tasks involving design work, research, and preparation of drawings and designs for site layout, horizontal utility projects (water, wastewater, stormwater), site grading and drainage, including permitting and planning serving both municipalities and private clients.
Strong understanding of the environmental and land development regulatory framework and experience interacting with regulators and construction administration of public and private land development projects.
