Metro One Loss Prevention Services Group, Inc. is seekinga Security Supervisor for its rapidly expanding Corporate Security Division. Metro One currently provides security services to our clients corporate facilities throughout the United States. The Security Supervisor position reports directly to a Security Manager who is also on-site.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides on-site leadership for the security personnel assigned to the corporate facilityActs as a point of contact for client management at the corporate facilityParticipate in hiring, supervision, training, scheduling and development of all officers assigned to corporate facilitiesAchieve performance metrics established by the client for the security functions performed by Metro One officersMonitors performance of all Metro One internal programs, policies and reportingAchieve performance metrics established by Metro One for expense control, workforce quality, staffing, scheduling and report filingEstablish productive, collaborative relationships with client site management and Metro One managementMaintain communication protocols that provide a productive client relationshipConsistently deliver a service that exceeds client expectationsMaintain all equipment utilized in performance of the security function on the siteLeads performance of initiatives, emergency response and other tasks required by Metro One management.

YOUR BACKGROUND:
Ideal candidates will have administrative experience in security or related field and/or corporate operations. Customer service-oriented approach and knows how to build partnerships to get work done and problems solved.Have a solid/stable work history.Participate in pre-employment screening process.Security, Military, Corrections, or Law Enforcement experience is a PLUS.Supervisory experience also a PLUS.State Fingerprinting completion.No worries, we can assist!
