Product Instructor - City of Industry, CA (Finance)
Position Summary
Perform functions to promote sales and development of Mitutoyo America products by providing software instruction and support to customer and Mitutoyo America personnel.

What You'll Do:
1. Provide instruction and conduct software demonstrations for customers and Mitutoyo America personnel as required.
2. Develop and maintain training plans, lesson plans and supporting training materials.
3. Assist customers and Mitutoyo America personnel in resolving software problems.
4. Perform beta testing of new software and prepare reports on performance.
5. Provide customers with software support as required.
6. Prepare and submit required reports in a timely manner.
7. Participate in Mitutoyo America and distributor trade shows.
8. Keep informed on Mitutoyo America products, effective demonstration methods, industrial trends and competitor activities. Communicate new developments.
9. Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions as required.
10. Routinely maintain CRM.

Work Environment: Office Environment.
Physical Demands: The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position.
Monday – Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
Travel: Up to 25% travel is required with an average of up to 5 hours driving at one time.
Required Education and Experience: Education equivalent of four year degree; additional specialized training. Five years' experience.
