Program Analyst - Remote in CA (Finance)
SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Epidemiology and Laboratory Capacity (ELC) Program Manager, the Program Analyst performs complex and difficult analytical tasks, including a variety of administrative, analytical, budgetary, and programmatic support activities. Duties and responsibilities include a wide variety of program evaluation and planning activities, and budgetary planning. The candidate must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. The Program Analyst will assist with monitoring and tracking COVID grant funds, progress reports, performance measures, and development of applications and reports. The incumbent will work with minimum supervision and interact with varied disciplines, programs, and internal/external partners.
This is a temporary, grant-funded, full-time, benefited position through 7/31/2026 and may be extended if funding is available.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.

The hourly range for this position is $27.50 to $36.00 per hour depending on experience/ qualifications.
