Product Quality Control Engineer (Electrical Engineer) (Finance)

The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot, monitor in process testing, design and build test equipment. More specifically, we are looking for someone who:
Has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 6 years of electrical engineering experience.
Strong preference for previous experience in motor drives, system integration or other similar fields with a focus in the QC function.
Ability to design and build production or repair test equipment.
Train and lead lower level engineers in areas related to Products/QC engineering.
Lead project teams responsible for activities related to the products and it's testing for new products introduction including: component specification, quality control test parameters and liaison activities with YEC design engineers. Create and enforce plan/schedule for large scale projects involving multiple themes.
Evaluate the current equipment used by production and test and when necessary, suggest improvements and/or introduce new equipment to increase efficiency and productivity.
Perform all activities related to the design, build, implementation and troubleshooting of production test equipment. Review equipment design designed by lower level engineer and others.
Provide monthly quality report regarding field and repair to YEC QC section.
