The Senior Program Manager has full responsibility for all aspects of an Account. This includes the daily planning, implementation and tracking
of projects for specific customers that include the following solutions: doors, frames, mechanical and electrified hardware, IP video surveillance;
access control; enterprise wireless and networking; voice, data and fiber calling; unified communications; and audio/visual solutions. The Senior
Program Manager works closely with the account contacts, sales, and all internal C&B branches involved in each project. They are the primary
point of contact for their assigned customers for all project-level and corporate communications.
Essential Functions
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Develop a detailed project plan with the project team to monitor and track progress
• Provide oversight for all changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Report and escalate incidents to management, as needed
• Successfully manage the relationship with internal C&B teams, the customer and all applicable stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Communication of project tasks to correct resources
• Ultimate responsibility for quality control verification and enforcement
• Coordinate and attend meetings according to mutually agreed upon customer schedule and requirements
• Create program SLAs to include routine inspections of work sites for quality, scope and standards compliance, and safety
• All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
• 2 year degree, or equivalent experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Products, including but not limited to Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Functional and working knowledge of computers
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug test

• Knowledge of Division 8 and 28
• Ability to read and understand construction contracts
• Ability to create and maintain customer specific standard operating procedures

Work Environment
This job operates primarily in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones,
photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally require business travel.
