The Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco's People and Culture team has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Learning and Organizational Development. In this role, you will lead comprehensive strategies for employee and leadership growth, talent management, and change. You will also be responsible for leading the execution of those strategies from design and delivery to evaluation and scaling for staff, managers and executives, ensuring we drive effective results that both engage and enable employees to grow, adapt and thrive in our 12th District. Base Salary Range: Min: $189,000 - Mid: $249,000 - Max: $307,000 (San Francisco location)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
