This leader will accelerate change through effective internal communication and manage projects and priorities to ensure quality results. This position is critical to ensuring that ILI's business goals align with Prudential's mission to provide life insurance protection to meet clients' financial security needs.

This is a Hybrid position based in Newark NJ. New hire will have to come to the office at minimum twice a week and starting June 1, minimum three times a week and work virtually the rest of the week. Therefore, new hires must be able to provide the following & all new hires who work remotely will be held accountable to these standards:
