Consolidations & Financial Reporting Manager (Finance)
The Consolidations & Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial consolidation process and ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including 10-Q, 10-K, and other required filings. This role involves managing the consolidation of financial results for global entities, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, and leading the preparation of external financial statements and disclosures. The successful candidate will be passionate about leading the team to success through coaching and mentoring opportunities to ensure the development of their employee's careers.
