Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Enablement Intern to join our dynamic Consumer Products Group at Worthington Enterprises. This is a paid internship, and will support the Sales Activation team in various projects aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales force. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and strategy within a market-leading company known for its innovative consumer brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Project manage the planning of our annual national sales meeting. Develop the agenda and collaborate with presenters across the team or other departments.
Help manage and update our Commercial Resource Hub, ensuring all content is current and easily accessible.
Tracker Consolidation: Collaborate with analytics and/or IT to develop an easier, more streamlined process for tracking and communicating various sales events... ex. Line reviews, drive periods, merchandising calendar, store walks
Assist Sales Activation Specialist team with channel exploration, which could help guide strategies and opportunities to activate our brands in new markets.
Assist with additional projects as time permits.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with SharePoint and Tableau preferred.
Self-motivated and possesses the ability to complete tasks on time and with little supervision
